How do I track my package?
emahendra confirms status of all the orders via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail with Gati Docket ID.please visit www.gati.com. to track the status of the Docket.
Where's my order?
emahendra confirms all orders via e-mail. Please check to make sure that you have received a confirmation e-mail. Once the order has been confirmed, it may take up to 7 working days for your order to reach you.
I would like faster delivery for my order. Can I request premium shipping?
Sorry.At this point we do not offer premium shipping.
Will all my products be shipped together?
Yes. Items will be shipped within 2 working days. If any product is not available, we shall inform you with the next availability and request you to wait for the maximum period of 10 days.
Where do you ship?
emahendra ships to the all states in India via the courier company Gati. emahendra does not ship to locations outside India.
How do you handle undeliverable packages?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable if the address is incorrect.
Our carriers may make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.we will however make concerted attempts to ensure all orders are correctly delivered.
What if my address is incorrect?
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient at your expense. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
What payment methods does eMahendra accept?
emahendra accepts Visa, MasterCard at the moment. Registered members will receive the notification as and when other payment methods are added.

Confirm that you entered the card number and expiration date correctly.

No, emahendra does not carry all 3M products. emahendra is continually adding products to this website.
